We have 3 levels to define the distance of the Tiny from civilization:
Your stay
Our tiny houses are designed to offer you all the essential comforts, while respecting the spirit of simplicity and disconnection of the Parcel experience.
You will find:
A fully equipped kitchen: small refrigerator, two gas burners, kettle and gas toaster, French press (or Italian) coffee maker, as well as all the necessary utensils (pans, pots, knives, glasses, cups, etc.). For environmental reasons, our tiny houses do not have microwaves or ovens.
The essentials: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, and tea.
Bed linen, towels, shower gel, and toilet paper.
We offer more than 30 destinations in France, each with its own unique atmosphere:
Some tiny houses are close to the farm, ideal for families.
Others are surrounded by nature, completely isolated for total immersion.
There are three levels of isolation: close to civilization, lost on the estate, alone in the world.
It's quick and easy so you can start your adventure right away. Approximately 3 days before your arrival, you will receive an email containing the information for your arrival as well as the code to get the keys. When you reach the Tiny House to settle in at 3pm, you just have to enter the code on the key box and take a deep breath: you have arrived.
It is very simple (we do not like to complicate things unnecessarily).
The departure time is set at 11am.
All you have to do is :
- Leave the site and the Tiny House PARCEL as you found them.
- Finally, it is imperative that you take with you some of the serenity you have found until your next visit!
You can bring one or two children up to the age of 12 and a baby (up to 3 years old) to most of our destinations for a family vacation. A single extra bed (futon) will be provided in the Tiny House. For a baby bed, you can bring your own travel cot or specify that you would like one in the booking notes, and our farmers will provide a travel cot free of charge (sheets and mattresses for the travel cot are not provided for hygiene and safety reasons).
Our canine friends are welcome at some of our dog-friendly destinations. One dog of any size/weight or two dogs weighing up to 20 kg per Tiny, €25 per stay.
We ask owners to ensure that the rules of cleanliness are respected inside and outside the Tiny House. We count on you not to let your dog dirty the Tiny House, thank you for your guests. Owners will be held responsible in the event of an incident with farm animals, so please keep an eye on your companion while on the farm. An additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged if the Tiny House is damaged by your animals.
If you wish to bring a cat with you, please contact our customer service department before making a reservation to ensure that the chosen tiny house can accommodate it in the best possible conditions.
Each tiny house can accommodate up to two adults and one or two children, depending on the destination.
For group stays, some destinations offer several tiny houses close to each other, such as:
Parcel Brosse (Centre-Val de Loire)
Parcel L’Atrée (Burgundy)
Parcel Richecourt (Hauts-de-France)
Parcel Thillaye (Normandy)
Parcel Ty Pois (Brittany)
Simply check the availability of both tiny houses on the same dates.
Yes, each tiny house has a dedicated parking space.
Allow between 1 and 10 minutes' walk depending on your destination.
For families with young children, we recommend accommodation close to the parking lot.
For further information, please contact us at [email protected]
The ground can be a little muddy, so be sure to choose your shoes accordingly depending on the weather. Once you've parked your car, it's time for adventure!
Parcel is not a hotel: the experience is based on independence, "just like at home."
Our hosts offer meal kits made with local products, which you can prepare yourself in the fully equipped kitchen (breakfast and dinner).
Only the appetizer platters are served ready to eat, perfect for a convivial moment around the campfire.
You can also bring your own ingredients to cook whatever you like, or try out the local gourmet spots recommended in the practical guide you will receive 24 hours after making your reservation.
Here, you can truly disconnect.
No Wi-Fi, no TV, but books, board games, and a retro cassette radio to reconnect with calm, nature, and the slow passing of time.
If you have booked an activity (tour, milking, etc.), contact your host directly by text message.
You will find their number in the information email sent 24 hours after your booking.
The selected meals (breakfast, dinner, appetizer platter) are usually delivered before your arrival and stored in the refrigerator.
If you have any questions or special requests, you can contact your host by text message using the number provided in your information email.
Yes, of course, if it is available at your chosen destination. You can opt for a dinner cooked on a brazier or select the campfire kit for €15 for a cozy evening by the fire or to grill your food (everything you need to light your brazier is provided) – otherwise, you can bring your own equipment.
Close to a property/farm: dwellings within view
While we recommend that you disconnect, we still invite you to have your phone charged and a means of transportation nearby. In case of emergency please contact the appropriate authorities such as the fire department (18), the ambulance (15) for medical emergencies and inform the owner as soon as possible. The list of emergency numbers and a first aid kit is available in the Tiny House.
For everyone's well-being, smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but you can smoke outside and make sure that your cigarette butts are in the ashtray at your disposal.
Is it in a dangerous space?
Absolutely not. Our Tiny Houses are located in rural areas, so you need to understand the risks inherent in a "wild" environment. In France, risks can come from a variety of sources: wild boar, geese and ducks, squirrels, mosquitoes, snakes, inedible plants and poisonous mushrooms. This is obviously a non-exhaustive list, so take courage and don't panic at the first sound!
Also, for your safety and to prevent fire, candles and other combustible items are not allowed inside Tiny Houses.
You are sleeping on a farmer's land, so the Tiny House is not staffed at all hours of the day and night like a conventional hotel. Therefore, you (the customer) agree that your safety in and around our accommodation is your responsibility. In case of doubt or emergency, your host will be available.

A bank pre-authorization of €50 will be made before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee against any damage to the Tiny House.
This amount may appear as a debit to your account on the day of check-in, but it is simply blocked (as a deposit) and will be automatically released 30 days after your departure.
Autonomy of the Tiny Houses
Living in the middle of nature in an eco-responsible way requires alternative methods for waste and water management. Please make sure to reduce your water and electricity consumption. In the Tiny House, water depends on the rain and electricity on the sun, you are in an energy self-sufficient habitat. We do our best to keep everything running, but the weather can be capricious and in rare cases make it difficult to charge the batteries. We make sure that the water tanks are full before you arrive. Remember, a shower should last two minutes.
All our Tiny Houses are equipped with a fan and big windows to guarantee you a maximum ventilation during the summer. Some Tiny Houses are equipped with an air-conditioning that automatically cuts off between 9 and 11 pm to preserve the batteries and guarantee you electricity in the morning.
Of course! All our tiny houses have a heating system.
Some have electric heating, ideal for families.
Others are equipped with a gas stove: simply turn it off at night (the warm duvets will take over).
Remember to bring slippers and thick socks, and enjoy a cozy cocoon even in winter.
You will find this information in the "Practical Information" section of each tiny house's product page.
Unfortunately, our tiny houses are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Access to the tiny house is via steps, and the double bed is raised.
We do not yet have any specific equipment or facilities for PRM (ramp, adapted bathroom, etc.).
This is a point on which we know we need to make progress, and we place particular emphasis on providing clear information so that everyone can book with full knowledge of the facts.
In the future, we hope to be able to offer accommodation that is more accessible to all.
