A gourmet landmark on a dairy farm producing the last organic Brie in the Briard region
In Seine et Marne, just 1h30 from Paris, you'll find the charming Ferme Sainte Colombe. Here, you'll find the last farm producing organic, free-range Brie in the Briarde region. Here, Camille and Nicolas raise 30 sublime Montbéliarde cows, then transform their milk into delicious cheeses and dairy products. In 2017, Nicolas, the son of farmers, and Camille, a former educator for people with mental disabilities, decided to combine their professions to develop a farm with a strong social dimension. They have also created an association to welcome people with disabilities who help them produce a cheese prized by Michelin-starred restaurants. You can try their traditional farmhouse brie or discover their signature cheese: a black brie matured for 6 months in the cellar. In short, Sainte Colombe is a cheese-lover's paradise. In the middle of the fields, surrounded by cows, you can stay in a Tiny House set in the middle of the countryside.
Enjoy a bucolic stay and a gourmet experience with organic Brie to die for.
