TINY HOUSE on the heights of the Périgord

An exceptional wine estate close to the famous town of Bergerac

On the borders of the Gironde and Dordogne regions lies the incredible Château Couronneau. Here, just 30 minutes from Bergerac, Grégoire, heir to the Piat family, produces biodynamic Bordeaux wines on a 35-hectare plot.

Passionate about French terroir and nature lovers, the Piat family made the choice in 1994 to change their lives to save this exceptional 15th-century heritage which was in ruins. As pioneers, they brought the sublime estate back to life and began the transition to organic farming in 1997, switching to biodynamic viticulture in 2007. Today, the estate is a veritable living space, where long-time family friend Elysabeth welcomes curious visitors to help them discover this little paradise.

In this magnificent vineyard in the heart of nature, you'll be able to stay right next to the lake, close to sheep, horses and numerous birds. Enjoy a rejuvenating stay that immerses you in the terroir of the South-West.
