TINY HOUSE in the heart of Coteaux du Giennois

A winery combining tradition and modernity in Burgundy

Along the Loire between Orléans and Bourges lies the Cave Nérot. This family-run winery, just 2 hours from Paris, is sure to delight wine-lovers, offering several cuvées made from Sauvignon Blanc and Gamay and Pinot Noir for the reds and rosés. For Julie, taking over this estate in 2011 was an obvious choice, making her the 5th generation of winemakers and the first woman to take charge of these 7 hectares of land. Since then, Julie has turned the Cave into a place for meeting and sharing, where she passionately passes on the know-how of her wines, following an optimum quality approach.

As a committed winegrower,we work the vines according to their vitality and environment, and part of the harvest is done by hand. No insecticides or herbicides are used, and fertilizers are made with organic materials approved for use in Organic Agriculture.

It's on one of these vineyard plots that you can stay at the crossroads of the area's of the 3 local appellations: Coteaux du Giennois, Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé.
