In the Tiny House, electricity comes from solar panels that are recharged by the sun. The system powers the lights, sockets, water pump and gas stove. Please only plug your phone and computer chargers into the sockets.

Living in the middle of nature in an eco-responsible way requires alternative methods for waste and water management. Please make sure to reduce your water and electricity consumption. In the Tiny House, water depends on the rain and electricity on the sun. However, we make sure that the water tanks are full before you arrive. Remember, a shower should last two minutes.

The water in the Tiny House is not drinkable. We have 3 liters of drinking water at your disposal. Please bring extra bottles before your arrival if needed.

The Tiny House includes a queen-size bed (160×200) with comforter and pillows, a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and sink, and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. The Tiny House is equipped with fans and windows to let in the gentle breeze on summer evenings, but also a stove to warm up winter evenings. We invite you to think about mosquito repellent if you are sensitive. In case of emergency, we have your back with a first aid kit.

We provide you with sheets, towels and dishcloths as well as eco-certified toiletries and cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and tea.

Your arrival is quick and easy, so you can start your adventure right away. Approximately one week before your arrival, you'll receive an email containing your arrival details and the code for collecting the keys. When you reach the Tiny House to settle in from 3pm, simply enter the code on the key box (located to the left of the tiny) and take a deep breath: you've arrived. It's quite simple (we don't like to complicate things unnecessarily). Departure time is 11am. All you need to do is :
- Please wash your dishes
- Please leave the Tiny as you found it
- Put the key in the box provided.
- Finally, it's imperative that you take some of your new-found serenity with you to your next visit.

Parking spaces are usually located 100-200 meters from the Tiny House. You will have to walk a bit to reach your Tiny House. The terrain can be a bit dirty, so be sure to choose your shoes accordingly and don't hesitate to contact us to find out more about the specific conditions. Once the car is parked, it's time for an adventure!

Running a farm is no picnic, with Charles spending much of his time on his tractor and Guillaume making regular trips to the Parisian restaurant. So they're busy, and it's quite possible that you won't run into them. That leaves you plenty of time to explore this incredible place on your own.

Dogs are welcome at La Ferme de Garance. 1 dog or 2 dogs of 10kg max per Tiny, 25€ per stay. We ask owners to ensure that the rules of cleanliness inside and outside the Tiny House are respected. Owners will be held responsible for any incidents involving farm animals, so please keep an eye on your pooch in the heart of the farm. An additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged if the Tiny House is damaged by your pets.

For everyone's well-being, smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but you can smoke outside and make sure that your cigarette butts are in the ashtray at your disposal.

While we recommend that you disconnect, we still invite you to have your phone charged and a means of transportation nearby. In case of emergency please contact the appropriate authorities such as the fire department (18), the ambulance (15) for medical emergencies and inform the owner as soon as possible.
